I believe these are pre-Renaissance sculptures. Beautiful detail.
If you thing the horse's armor looks fierce, check out the spurs at the bottom. Those things were meant to do more than prick the skin. Ouch.

Very nice photos. The point and shoot cameras have come a long way lately. We also have a Kodak EasyShare that we take on vacation and places with us when I don't feel like lugging around a bag full of camera supplies. It does a great job on color.
